PS+ won't convert a PS4 save into PS5 save. Ubisoft Connect automatically backs up one of each save type to their servers. Go onto the Ps4 version. Select load game and check to see if your recent save has already been uploaded to the Ubisoft Connect servers. (Look for an icon of a cloud with an arrow at the bottom right corner of the save.) So I'm in quarantine rn. I'm on my first playthrough (55 hours in) and I thought I'd pick the story from where I left it off (killed the scarab) and when I started the game my saved files weren't there. So I started the game again and killed the order member in Siwa, turned off my laptop. When I opened the game next day the files were gone again.
