I am considering KTM 690 Enduro R vs. KTM 640 Adventure. Looking used I can find: KTM 640, well modified with steering stabilizer, new muffler, etc for ~$5500 KTM 690, modified with muffler for ~9500 (same price as new 2009 after the mark down, but with upgrades) Am I going to be jealous quickly if I try to save $4000?

I'm aware, well at least expect/hope the KTM will be head and shoulders above the KLR on trails/gravel roads. I've always said if the KLR had more power I'd still have it. The bike just rolled.
